For full transparency, i “failed'“ the test my first time around, and I think my second, okay, yes, i have lost track. I’ve taken this test enough to be knowledgeable to write this is my point, i think. Yes, at this current moment, the only way to get into the Disney College Program(DCP) is to take a test. Or as Disney calls it a web-based interview! Which essentially is a website, reminded me of test-taking in quarantine not gonna lie, asking you questions to make sure you are a decent human being with questions such as:
HOW OFTEN ARE YOU LATE TO WoRK?
with the multiple-choice answers being: Strongly Disagree, Disagree, Neutral, Agree, Strongly Agree.
At this point in my life, I see no point in lying, unless it’s about how many churros i’ve had today, so my first go around I was honest and said disagree like i’m late a lil sometimes BUT NOOO THEY MOUSE WANTS YOU TO STRONGLY DISAGREE. My biggest mistake on the test was not being strongly thoughtful enough to realize how committed they wanted me to be. For your own safety just be STRONGLY on either side of the spectrum, and NEVER just be neutral. ARE YOU NEUTRAL ABOUT YOUR LOVE FOR DISNEY? i didn’t think so CookieAnn. yes, once i get to the parks i plan to be the biggest duffy fan although there is probably not a single remnant of duffy nowadays in the domestic parks but s/o tokyo, their parks know where it’s at. Now i’m curious, who is your favorite friend of duffy’s? honestly i like CookieAnn because if my parents named me CookieAnn i would just thank them every day i am alive and give em a big ol handshake. Moral of the story always be STRONGLY.
Another lil tip, think more than 5 seconds before responding, i know the questions seem super easy. But no way Disney is letting us work for the parks based on asking how often we like to party, yes that is a real question…and stay consistent, many questions reference old questions.
AND IF, only if, mainly because you won’t after reading this, fail, come back here in six months, read this again, and take the test again. Because Disney thinks six months is enough time to change your personality enough to pass the test! or maybe that’s how long is they think a semester is ANYWAY…
thanks for reading and “There’s a great big beautiful tomorrow Shining at the end of every day. here’s a great big beautiful blog, And the blog is just a subscribe away.”

this reminded me of some of the questions, they go much more in-depth on the web-based interview tbh and is def better than what you just read https://disneyology.wordpress.com/2017/01/11/how-to-pass-the-web-based-interview/
